Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all stages of the litigation process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the legal field. Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs - Conduct legal research using various resources, including Lexis-Nexis and other online databases - Manage and organize case files, including document management systems - Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings, depositions, and other meetings - Review and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other discovery materials - Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness binders - Draft correspondence and communicate with clients regarding case updates - Perform clerical tasks, such as filing documents and maintaining calendars Skills: - Strong writing skills to draft legal documents and correspondence accurately - Proficiency in using document management systems and legal research tools - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively - Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources - Knowledge of litigation procedures and the ability to assist in all stages of the litigation process - Strong attention to detail to review and analyze complex legal documents - Proficient in project management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and court personnel We offer competitive compensation based on experience. Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
